Responsibility

  • keep communal external areas tidy and clean , including windows
  • clearing and tidying the bin stores making sure bins are ready for collection
  • conducting some on-site tests, e.g. dry risers
  • basic DIY repairs/maintenance, e.g. changing door handles, replacing light bulbs
  • ad hoc gardening help and leaf clearance
  • issuing cycle cage keys and retrieving when residents move out
  • reporting issues of damage and reporting any anti-social behaviour
  • liaising with contractors : Issuing site keys to contractors
