- expand and develop upon our existing broker and customer relationships

- establish, develop, and expand on broker and customer relationships while developing new ones
- underwrite assigned renewal and new business accounts while ensuring appropriate analysis and documentation without sacrificing discipline, diligence, and quality of service
Requirements
- up to 10 years insurance market experience across CAR, EAR and Civil Works
- proven customer development experience through a focused marketing approach with brokers
- collaborative, team focused
- existing broker and customer relationships, or the experience and ability to develop strong broker and customer relationships
- excellent communication skills including negotiation, communications and presentation experience
- strong financial acumen with highly analytical outlook
- strong underwriting acumen, including understanding deployment of nett capacity, catastrophe modelling and risk engineering loss estimates
- entrepreneurial and a motivated self-starter
