Responsibility
- general administration duties – opening & sorting of post, printing, scanning, filing and archiving
- assist with processing Supplier Invoices and Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- dealing with day-to-day Finance and purchase ledger queries
- covering daily finance duties e.g. daily banking, raising invoices and credit notes
- assist the Finance team with any additional tasks and covering tasks in periods of absence as required
Requirements
- previous administrative experience
- strong attention to detail
- good numerical skills
- excellent administration skills
- enthusiastic, committed and reliable
- ability to work in a collaborative environment
- excellent customer focus, both internal and external
