Responsibility
- managing and motivating the sales team and ensuring they receive the necessary training, coaching and support they need to flourish
- achieving the branch KPI targets and ensure the sales team are achieving theirs
- developing new business for the branch by booking and carrying out market appraisals and gaining instructions
- we are an independent family run estate agent with a modern approach to selling property, who have established ourselves as the number one selling agent in the area due to having an impeccable personalised service combined with our professional expertise and passion for propertyand are currently looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager for our Bamber Bridge branch
- running a profitable and well organised branch by providing an effective, efficient and professional estate agency service to customers
- this is an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager with a proven track record in Estate Agency, with the main purpose of this role being to continue to maximise the overall income and profitability of the branch and stive to achieve the success of the Chorley and Leyland branches and like them, become a market leader in the Bamber Bridge area
- leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceed standards of performance and targets set
- optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales and mortgage introductions
Requirements
- experience of working within a target driven role
- excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
- exceptional communication and customer service skills, combined with the ability to make bonds and develop rapport quickly
- estate Agency: 1 year
- A confident, dynamic, driven and energetic individual who has a natural flair for sales and negotiation
- be target motivated and used to working from a busy diary, as this role will be extremely busy role and challenging every day
