- our care home is Situated in the quiet village of Fenwick, which is set across two buildings. We specialise in Residential, Nursing, Respite and Dementia care for up to 42-residents
- as Head Chef, you will take responsibility for organising and controlling the efficient and economic production of quality food within the allowed budget, day to day kitchen management, whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- uniform provided

Requirements
- city & Guilds 706 – 1 & 2, or equivalent qualification
- previous management or supervisory experienced
- team player
- experience of food preparation for the relevant Service User group
- basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- experience working in a care environment would be advantageous but not a deal-breaker
- good communication skills
- ability to work on own initiative
