Responsibility

  • greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt and accurate service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • restock supplies and inventory as needed
  • adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation
  • take customer orders and prepare drinks, should floor staff need help having the ability to jump on and run food and drinks is also a plus

Requirements

  • previous experience in the food industry, restaurant, or hospitality preferred, full training will be provided
  • strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • familiarity and some knowledge of coffee and cocktail making is a plus
  • must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
