Requirements
- an accounting qualification of ACA, CIMA or ACCA or part qualified
- experience and understanding of financial and business issues
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- sage Line 50 experience is essential
- experience of CRM, order fulfilment, stock and accounting systems
Responsibility
- prepare monthly prepayments and accruals
- reporting to: Managing Director & Finance Director
- regularly monitor and review actual performance and position against budgeted/forecasted
- ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounting financial records and systems
- prepare recommendations for FX hedging options
- perform daily bank reconciliation
- attend meetings with the Directors as requested
- monitor and report on departmental forecasts and budgets on a monthly basis
