Responsibility
- contribute to innovative design concepts for hospitality, from boutique spaces to large scale branded hotels
- lead projects from concept to completion, delivering exceptional hospitality interiors
- develop detailed technical drawings, concept designs, mood boards, and material specifications
- manage and mentor a team of designers, supporting our values and fostering creativity and collaboration
- collaborate with the team to source furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with the highest standards of commercial quality
- engage with clients, turning their visions into innovative designs that stand out
- ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring every detail aligns with quality and authenticity
Requirements

- degree or equivalent in Interior Design
- 3-5 years of professional interior design experience, ideally in hospitality design
- proficiency in design software
- proven leadership and project management experience
- ability to take ownership of own workload and work to deadlines
- advanced proficiency in design software
