Responsibility
- belgate Estates is a privately owned property company based in Glasgow
- the portfolio is comprised predominantly of regional shopping centres and is managed in-house by a team of experienced professionals
- marketing of void units and working alongside joint letting agents for some schemes
- identifying opportunities to add value & increase income through commercialisation opportunities
- undertaking lease consultancy work including lease re-gearing, renewals & rent reviews
- identifying and reporting on projects to reposition assets through refurbishment & redevelopment
- building successful relationships with tenant contacts & external advisors
- due to a continuing acquisition programme involving the addition of new shopping centres to the portfolio there is an exciting opportunity for a retail asset manager to join the expanding team
Requirements
- dynamic sales person with proven record in sales and marketing
- ideally Retail Asset Management experience, or demonstrable transferable skillset from agency, property management, or lease consultancy
- ideally some commercial property background but not essential
- excellent interpersonal, organisational & time management skills
- commercially minded, astute and market aware
