- creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling through visual media
- strong understanding of videography principles, techniques, and equipment
- familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements
- ability to work collaboratively with creative teams to understand and capture the essence of each project
- excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
