Responsibility

• maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
• wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• clean food preparation areas and equipment

• assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or preparing ingredients
• using the grill for making Smash Burger
• making cooked breakfasts, Clean Boxes and other menu items
• empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• organize and restock supplies in the kitchen
• follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred
• basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
• ability to work well in a team setting
