technician
Responsibility
- installing Windows and stability testing of systems using our custom designed testing process
- keeping the office and stock room tidy and organised
- building custom gaming computers from its individual components. A Bedrock Computer is bespoke to each customer, and you’ll be creating their PC from our in house refurbished parts that you feel are most suitable
- cable management of each system, which my include cleaning and refurbishing the chassis and components with plenty of equipment on hand
- applying the finishing touches, by branding the Windows copy with custom Bedrock features, and applying branded stickers to the computer and packaging, followed by boxing and sealing
- giving your creative input and making suggestions to help streamline the process and grow the business. There are also plenty of other tasks and responsibilities, such as communicating with customers and suppliers
