- educational Programming: Ensure the full implementation of the Foundation Phase Wales requirements, contributing to curriculum development and educational excellence
- financial Management: Monitor, review, and manage nursery finances, maintaining a balance between quality care and operational costs
- operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, including local authority and CIW, Estyn requirements

Requirements
- leadership and Management: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing a childcare setting
- experience: At least 2 years’ experience working in a nursery preschool setting
- management: 1 year
- nursery: 2 years
- technical Proficiency: Competency in using a computer and main software packages
- safeguarding: Experience /knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- references: Two recent references are required; one of which must be from an educational setting
