- working closely with colleagues and founders to create weekly menus consisting of 4-5 unique bakes that are seasonally-led
- developing strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- fulfill all bakery/kitchen responsibilities to a high standard
- utilising speciality equipment to ensure bakes are made to the highest standard
- planning recipes, batch baking and an eye for detail and future planning
- performing other reasonable duties and/or projects, as directed by your line manager
- ensuring compliance with BEATNIK's policies, procedures and guidance, along with all other relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
- early starts is a must and kitchen experience is necessary
