- we are seeking a Weekend Supervisor for Bear Town, an award winning indoor role play centre for children aged 1-7 years
- this is an exciting, diverse and varied role with a range of responsibilities with the opportunity for growth
- confident and clear communicator, both written and verbal
- understand the brand values and represent these in all areas of the business
- undertake health and safety responsibilities including acting as the First Aider
- able to respond calmly under pressure
- overseeing daily procedures are adhered to and completed
- full training and support will be given empowering the right candidate to lead the Team, having sole responsibility at weekends after probationary period. There is the option for an additional day in the week
