Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within an Office Manager / Facilities & Purchasing Manager role
- have operated in a similar capacity in the Hospitality Industry
- strong negotiation skills
- familiar with using Procurewizard
- an organised and methodical approach to working
- CIPS Qualified
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a wide group of internal & external stakeholders
Responsibility
- negotiate contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided
- analyse any other recommended control procedures that may come up from time to time
- actively participate in any training and personnel exercises designed to improve standards and performance levels
- conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
- observe all requirements under Health & Safety regulations
