senior administrator
Responsibility
- we are looking for a Senior Administrator with experience in financial services to join our friendly, hardworking team
- making sure data is accurate & up to date on the back office system
- A big part of the role involves administering the company pension schemes we look after for our employer clients
- dealing with client & provider queries via telephone and email in a professional manner
- prepare correspondence to clients & providers
- submitting pension, investment & protection applications and eventually processing asset purchases and sales
- develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and always work as a team
- develop and maintain strong relationships with our company pension schemes and be the first contact for any queries from employers
Requirements
- highly organised & ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail & must display high levels of accuracy
- work proactively to develop strong client relationships
- excellent Teamwork, customer service and communication skills
- previous experience within an Administration role will be advantageous
- previous experience in a payroll or accounting role will be advantageous
- qualifications within the financial services would also be advantageous
- paraplanning: 1 year
