Responsibility
- to provide guidance and support to all Residential support Workers
- to present any concerns to the the Registered Manager as appropriate
- to plan, manage and lead shifts ensuring children and young people are kept safe and engaged throughout the day
- to ensure the Placement Plan for each child is followed and adhered to at all times
- to ensure education and school are promoted and that each child’s attendance in education is maintained
- to ensure that all staff members act in a professional manner
- to take a lead role in the management of the care and welfare of each child and young person in placement
- to ensure all policies and procedures, as well as risk assessments, are adhered to at all times
