reception supervisor
Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- deputise for the Reception Manager when Reception Manager is absent
- to set an example of professional conduct at all times
- be available in reception to support and coach reception colleagues in their work and help with client queries and initial concerns
- ensure adequate reception cover at all sites and that shifts are allocated in line with the needs of the business
- to ensure that cash security and Data protection measures are observed at all times in all areas
- support the Reception Manager with staff annual appraisals and regular feedback on performance
- to demonstrate skill and passion for delivery of excellent client care and have the ability to train and support others in this aspect of our business
- lead training for new reception team members
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- able to lead and motivate a team in a busy environment
- able to encourage and deliver an outstanding level of client care
- excellent communication, organisational skills
- A keen eye for detail and presentation
- IT literate and well organised
- previous experience in this type of role would be beneficial
- leadership: 2 years
- customer service: 2 years
