- batesWilcox Mortgage Solutions is seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join our team as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
- the ideal candidate will be a highly organized, CeMAP qualified with CAS status
- you will need to be passionate about supporting our clients through the mortgage, protection and house buying process
- work as part of a team, good at building rapport with both clients and introducers
- advising clients on the most suitable product for their Mortgage and Protection needs, Preparation of the application in-line with our compliance requirements, be a good communicator over the phone and via Teams/Zoom

- ceMAP or equivalent

- possess excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong communication skills
