your responsibilities will include the upkeep of standards across all facets of the Batch’d brand
you will have direct responsibility to ensure all new recruits are thoroughly trained in Batch'd best practices
the role will also entail undertaking appraisals for our retail assistants and talent spotting for other areas within the business
as an Operations Supervisor, you will be an important part of our management team, overseeing key decisions which will directly impact the smooth running of Batch’d
within this role you will be expected to travel frequently to these cities to help the businesses operations
food hygiene standards and creating an environment where the kiosks are presentable and well organised is also a key to components to the job
success in the job will be measured on your ability to analyse and improve our processes, as well as creating a quality and efficient environment for our retail assistants to work effectively
