The first floor of this branch houses Plymouth City Council Skills Launchpad, which provides guidance and assistance with education and employment, particularly in the fields of health and social care. Unfortunately, this is just a checkbox exercise to recruit anyone to make up the numbers within social care, regardless of whether they possess the right qualities or not.
