project architect
Responsibility
- develop architectural designs for new projects
- create detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and goals
- coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building regulations
- conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any design issues
- manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- review and approve construction documents, including drawings and specifications
- provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and architectural assistants
Requirements
- proficient in AutoCAD, and knowledge of Revit is very desribale
- proven experience managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously throughout all RIBA work stages
- strong knowledge of building regulations
- strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous project work
- experience with project management and project running through out the RIBA work stages
- A full driving licence & personal transport
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
