- A rare opportunity to be a key leader in the opening of Bang & Olufsen’s new central London store
- we are looking to an Assistant Store Manager to start from October 2023
- located on Bond Street, this store will enable customers to truly experience B&O’s entire product portfolio in a home environment, set across one of our largest store spaces
- as our new Assistant Store Manager, London Flagship, you will be an integral part to the success of this newly opening store
- as well as mentoring the sales team and enhancing their performance, you will be an motivating sales agent, demonstrating impeccable customer service and product knowledge – leading from the front
- stay up to date with all new products and product features, taking part in sales and product training, as well as deliver training to the team
- make sure that the store has impeccable presentation, visual merchandising standard are followed and the store is a welcoming environment at all times
Requirements
- are gregarious, able to adapt and connecting with people from all backgrounds
- have a desire to give great customer service, willingness to ensure customers’ expectations are exceeded
- possess great team spirit and a professional attitude
- have experience with MS Office, perhaps also knowledge of payment and order systems
- enjoy representing a high-end brand, high service level, and comfortable with smart dressing
- have an interest in the luxury lifestyle sector and audio visual product
