Requirements

- knowing the club services and engaging with members about their activities and seeking ways to improve their experience at every opportunity
- dealing with any member complaints or feedback immediately with the support of the Head of Fitness when necessary
- being always professional and highly discretional
Responsibility
- ensure Standards Operating Procedures are adhered to ensure the highest member experience
- to collate all relevant documents for all Instructor contracts/insurances/qualifications and ensure these are always up to date
- adhere to all protocols, procedures and policies as directed
- to assist with daily checks of health and safety, equipment cleanliness and in all areas of the Department
