Responsibility

  • follow directions of the site Quality Manager as to daily tasks and expectations for the Hawick site
  • process samples utilising laboratory manual and powered equipment such as compression, tensile, ESCR, TSCR and FTiR analysis
  • sets the example by following & promoting all company policies and HSE regulations for safe working procedures and environment
  • excellent knowledge and a proven track record in problem solving, especially Root Cause Analysis and 7-step Corrective Action plans
  • focus on corrective actions in order to make sure that products meet required specifications
  • maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing
  • assist all site personnel to perform routine inspection and testing within the manufacturing process
  • engage in quality calibrations and internal audits in a professional manner
