- we are looking for a professional person to lead the team with upcoming projects
- you will also need to be confident looking at fundraising opportunities and planning community events
- bale's Farm and Bale's Buddies are both in existence to support people through life and their journey through education, through the formation of both we have discovered a real gap in the market for services similar to ours offering the opportunities that we do, as such this role has come about
- we have very exciting plans to progress into other areas and forge links with other agencies to make the support and care we offer even more well rounded
- we need a person to come on board with great leadership skills, a thirst for supporting young people and the community and the drive and determination to see things through from early planning stages to the final result
- driving licence and own car essential as there will be travel throughout the community
- the role will be a well rounded one with plenty of opportunity to practically support young people as well as the admin side of the planning and creating new experiences
