- utilising an internal ERP system to record and track all quotes and orders
- qualifying incoming leads effectively and eliminating enquiries not suitable to our product offering quickly and efficiently
- product demonstration to potential customers in the showroom
- recording customer details on the ERP system, producing quotations, and assisting clients with all technical advice
- liaising with the technical, manufacturing and quality departments and ensuring all client details are properly translated
Requirements
- some technical sales background
- technical sales background selling to the construction, architecture, quantity surveying and building industries
- sales experience in a technical sales role
- proven sales experience in a technical sales role
- some experience selling products to both B2B and B2C – no cold calling
- experience selling products to both B2B and B2C
- experience in account management
- A understanding of how to read and interpret technical design drawings will be an advantage
