Responsibility
- to be involved in the recruitment of new members of staff ensuring that all recruitment processes comply with company policy, employment legislation and Ofsted requirements
- to notify the Manager of any complaints received or any situations that may be detrimental to the company, if applicable agree actions to resolve issues and implement accordingly
- to assist the Manager in completing marketing paperwork and following up enquires, visits and calls
- to be a key holder and lock up ensuring that the nursery is safely secured and alarmed
- to inform Manager if you have any concerns about individual staff practice
- in conjunction with the Manager, to be responsible for staffing ensuring that appropriate ratios of qualified to unqualified staff and children to staff are maintained
- to monitor occupancy to ensure places are utilised to their maximum potential and future requirements are met and effectively managed
- to assist the Manager in completing incident and accident reports on a monthly basis
