Responsibility
- supervise and manage the daily operations of the shop
- provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- train and mentor sales associates on effective selling techniques and product knowledge
- monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- ensure the branch is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- conducting regular date checks, reducing short dated stock and removing into waste any out of date items
- making sure current promotion posters, marketing material and banners are displayed as promotion guide for the correct period
- handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and reporting
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- strong sales skills with a proven track record in achieving targets
- sales management experience, including leading a team of sales associates
- excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the team
- retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry or setting
- strong supervisory skills to effectively manage staff and delegate tasks
- proficient in administrative tasks such as inventory management and scheduling
- multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers
- excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
