Responsibility
- 50% of the role will comprise of daily tele-selling to generate new leads and opportunities
- this includes keeping the CRM up-to-date and ensuring opportunities meet qualification criteria
- keeping the marketing budget and schedule updated
- website management, including SEO and other related functions
- occasional website update projects
- you will also be expected to be accountable in reporting leads and opportunities added to the CRM each week to the sales and marketing manager
- updating blog posts, case studies and customer feedback forms
- managing testimonial contacts
Requirements
- this will be predominantly an office-based role. Occasional working-from-home would be considered
- good telephone manner and good communicator
- loyalty to the team and the brand
- prepared for accountability on key numbers and metrics
- prepared for ruthless, relentless and forensic follow-up of sales opportunities
- have an open-minded approach to sales opportunities
- some experience in the construction industry in either a sales or marketing role
- prepared for a flexible nature of the marketing functions within a relatively small team
