Requirements
- have proven experience of recruiting Drivers, or high-volume in-house recruitment
- possess a passion for recruitment
- ideally have a background in and/or a good understanding of the parcel delivery industry and the operational challenges we face
- have the capability of managing your workload in a fast-paced environment
- be a confident and effective communicator
- be a people person
- have a capacity for persistence, resilience, and patience in a challenging environment
- have an appreciation of the value of teamwork and a willingness to work as part of a team
