- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- experienced kitchen designer – ideally with a working knowledge of Virtual Worlds design software
- proven kitchen sales background
- results and target orientated with the experience to develop the business from a standing start and drive sales forward
- self-motivating and self-driven - Able to work alone with minimal supervision
- an eye for detail, process minded and 100% trustworthy will be required attributes
- completing home surveys will be a pre-requisite for this role – A Full, clean UK driving license will be required
- strong understanding of the Kitchen installation process - ideally having managed kitchen projects from initial contact, through to survey, design, ordering and completed installation
