- creation of MEP Models and related 2D drawings in a Revit environment
- collaboration with Design Engineers for modelling and drawing development
- precise generation of coordinated 3D models from Design Engineers' directives and schematics
- adherence to project BIM requisites and company CAD/BIM standards in producing models and drawings
- preparation of coordinated Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health service drawings via AutoCAD/Revit
- assistance in upholding CAD & BIM standards and adherence to the Quality Management System during drawing production and verification
- operate as an MEP Revit Technician based from our Colchester office, offering Revit and AutoCAD design support under the guidance of CAD & BIM Managers
- keeping updated on software advancements, AutoCAD/Revit Standards, and contributing to Revit implementation within the organization
Requirements
- minimum 2 years' experience in MEP BIM with Revit
- proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit & Navisworks
- demonstrated hands-on experience in a similar role
- accurate and proficient typing skills
- ability to analyse Architectural and Structural information
- data structuring and embedding for BIM processes
- creating/Adjusting families, blocks to suit project specifications
- excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
