- to provide general administrative support such as data entry, processing documents, call handling
- respond to customer enquiries and provide information in a professional and timely manner
- promptly reply to quotation requests and proactively follow up outstanding quotes
- check and inform customers of paperwork and certificates available on products
- communicate with vendors to obtain latest delivery dates and update the Company ERP system
- progressing and emailing sales order acknowledgement to customers and keeping the customer regularly informed on sales order status
- issue customs clearance instructions to freight forwarders to aid in the smooth timely importation of customer product
- filing, photocopying, and scanning as required
