Responsibility

  • duties include
  • meeting and greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
  • dealing with queries face to face, by phone and by email
  • advising clients on preventative health care products
  • taking payments. cashing up and other general admin duties
  • avenue Veterinary Centre are looking for a part time Receptionist to join their friendly team, Monday - Friday 4.30pm-7pm and Saturday's 8.30am-3.30pm
  • the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both face to face and on the phone, be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment and to remain calm when dealing with emergencies
  • greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
