autoLyne Ltd are excited to be looking for an organised, confident individual who is keen to learn and develop their skills, to join our hardworking, friendly & enthusiastic team in the role of Customer Service Agent, initially within the Rental side of our business, there will be opportunity to develop into our Leasing team if promise shown
the successful applicant will also be required to work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 8am till 12 Noon
responsibilities will be varied as we are a small but hard working, growing & supportive team, main focus will be looking after front of house, dealing with customers who come into the office, phone, website and email enquiries, making sure customers have a great experience when purchasing services from AutoLyne
the ideal candidate will…
good administration skills are important, as invoicing, keeping our CRM & admin systems up to date, account maintenance, obtaining quotes & booking in vehicles for service and repairs, will all be part of the varied and interesting duties
be organised, enthusiastic, focused and possess great customer service skills
we work a shift pattern on a rolling basis Monday to Friday , for clarity the earliest start would be 8am and the latest finish will be 7pm
