  • autoLyne Ltd are excited to be looking for an organised, confident individual who is keen to learn and develop their skills, to join our hardworking, friendly & enthusiastic team in the role of Customer Service Agent, initially within the Rental side of our business, there will be opportunity to develop into our Leasing team if promise shown
  • the successful applicant will also be required to work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 8am till 12 Noon
  • responsibilities will be varied as we are a small but hard working, growing & supportive team, main focus will be looking after front of house, dealing with customers who come into the office, phone, website and email enquiries, making sure customers have a great experience when purchasing services from AutoLyne
  • the ideal candidate will…
  • good administration skills are important, as invoicing, keeping our CRM & admin systems up to date, account maintenance, obtaining quotes & booking in vehicles for service and repairs, will all be part of the varied and interesting duties
  • be organised, enthusiastic, focused and possess great customer service skills
  • we work a shift pattern on a rolling basis Monday to Friday , for clarity the earliest start would be 8am and the latest finish will be 7pm
