Responsibility
ensure the existence of a common system of planning, monitoring, evaluation and review for the service
to work with colleagues to ensure that robust competency based performance systems are in place across CYP services
lead the cultural, workforce and other changes necessary to secure the transformation of CYP Services; by creating the conditions for others to perform and, innovate and by robustly challenging ineffective working practices and poor performance
maintain robust budgetary controls; ensuring effective budgetary management is exercised by authorized members of the children’s services team and that all resources are managed efficiently managed within finite resources
promote excellent external relations by representing Autism Bedfordshire at national, regional and local levels and promote the interests of Autism Bedfordshire externally
to ensure that systems are in place to provide assurance to the CEO that all staff are aware of policies and procedures relating to their area of work
to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function commensurate with the grading and level of responsibilities of the post
to provide input into Autism Bedfordshire's and operational plans. Fully canvas and represent the needs of CYP utilising the services of Autism Bedfordshire through reporting and analysis of data and satisfaction
