  • close cooperation with and regular travel to AURELIUS portfolio companies across Europe
  • define and mature the project scope, develop the project management plan, and identify and schedule the project activities
  • understand, establish, and actively manage priorities
  • identify resource requirements and manage internal and external parties to deliver the tasks assigned
  • monitor performance of project tasks, budget and operational readiness
  • access and manage risks and issues
  • ERP implementation or modernization and execute end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, execution, control and closing of the project, once all the identified and agreed scope of work is implemented and tested for quality
