Responsibility

  • we are currently looking for a Senior Service Advisor to join the team at ATC
  • maintaining customer records and making sure customer databases are updated & accurate at all times
  • book in work in line with workshop capacity and customer requirements
  • greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • listen to customer concerns and record accurately for the workshop
  • any experience of upselling products and services would be an advantage but not essential
  • prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts costs
  • schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow
