  • since gym instructors will be interacting with members all day, the best gym instructors tend to be outgoing, talkative, energetic, observant and hard-working
  • part of the role is showing people around the club and selling membership, so being a good chatty person is a real plus

Requirements

  • proven leadership experience in a managerial role within a club or similar environment
  • strong sales and marketing management skills with a track record of achieving targets

  • ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities
  • proficient in administrative tasks including record keeping and report generation
  • experience in supervising teams with an emphasis on fostering collaboration and morale
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills
  • fitness industry: 1 year

  • lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance
  • maintain high standards of customer service, addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly
