We booked Lee in Feb 2024 to replace a boiler and all new central heating.

Lee doesn’t turn up when he says he will, lies about having other staff and blames them for no shows. Changed our boiler but broke our bathroom radiator and said he would replace it but never did, He has left capped off pipes coming out the floor instead of removing them. It took him 4 months to remove our old boiler and left us with a hole in the wall from our utility to the garden for a month until it was bricked up, We have paid for 5 years servicing and now all our new radiators aren’t heating up correctly and need bleeding or looking at and due our first service and he hasn’t answered the phone or text since October after numerous attempts. Just checked companies house and company states dissolved in Aug 2023!! This doesn’t stop him from trading under a different name or as a non limited company. Lee should be ashamed of himself taking money and not completing his work!

Lee came out to do a service and replace a sensor on my boiler. Boiler is still tripping ,day after. he’s made appointments to come see - he doesn’t arrive. I think now he’s blocked me. All I want is for him to come back and rectify his work.

Took my money for materiel upfront for £1650 and did not turn up and won’t respond do not use scammer

If I could give 0 stars, I would. What a joke! I don’t understand all the positive reviews—must be fake.

I booked him to replace a boiler, and he initially responded promptly, saying he could do the job in 3-4 days. I thought, “Okay, let’s give him a chance.” I sent over photos of the boiler and the tenant’s address. Then, 15 minutes before he was supposed to arrive, he canceled. He messaged back saying it was emergency and I assumed it must have been.

I started looking for another engineer, but then he messaged me out of the blue a day later saying he could do the job in two days. I agreed and asked to be booked in. The day before, I even messaged to confirm he will be coming , and again, he didn’t show up. This time, he didn’t respond to my calls or messages.

Very strange behavior—he seems to enjoy booking jobs and then not showing up.
