Requirements
- minimum 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
- minimum 3 years Construction Industry experience
- experience within a fast-paced, hands-on contracting environment
- experience within a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- experience of identifying, managing and agreeing change
- ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- experience of managing the supply chain
- previous Estimating experience is desirable but not essential
Responsibility
- liaising with the Employer in all aspects of both cost and value
- liaising with the Employer’s representatives in all aspects of both cost and value
- managing day to day commercial and contract activities as directed
- assisting the drafting and execution of supply chain agreements
- identifying, assessing, evaluating and agreeing change, both up and downstream
- assisting with estimating requirements on new projects as required
- assisting the preparation and submission of applications for payment to the Employer 's representatives
- assisting with procurement estimating requirements as required
