- conduct outbound calls to Existing customers
- selling products using warm calling methods
- follow guidelines provided to ensure consistency and accuracy in Pitch
- A full training program is given as part of the job
- identify customer needs and provide relevant product information or solutions
- this is a Monday – Friday position. We offer competitive pay, based on experience
- maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customer information utilizing CRM system
Requirements
- previous experience in telemarketing or other related fields preferred
- previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
- ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and multiple tasks at one time
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
