Responsibility
- bookkeeping and Payroll
- preparation and submission of CIS tax returns and payments to HMRC
- assisting with VAT preparation and submissions, including Flat Rate
- processing and coding of purchase invoices
- bank reconciliations
- assisting with accounts preparation for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships. Produce to strict deadlines submissions and reports as required
- ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
- office Administration and other ad-hoc duties as and when require
Requirements
- qualified by Experience M/A or Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA- or Newly Qualified
- ability to interact effectively, relating to others and working as a member of a team
- willing and flexible approach, with the ability to work on own initiative
- ability to manage change
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- deadline conscious-organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
