- certification in first aid is highly desirable

- valid SIA Door Supervisor license
- proven ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail with strong observational skills
Responsibility
- checking IDs and ensuring that only those of legal age are allowed entry
- conducting thorough bag checks to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the venue
- monitoring crowd behaviour and promptly addressing any disturbances
- working closely with the management team to implement safety protocols
- providing assistance and guidance to patrons as needed
- ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- monitor entrances and exits to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises
