Responsibility
- checking IDs and ensuring that only those of legal age are allowed entry
- conducting thorough bag checks to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the venue
- monitoring crowd behaviour and promptly addressing any disturbances
- working closely with the management team to implement safety protocols
- providing assistance and guidance to patrons as needed
- ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- maintain a visible presence at entry points to promote safety and security among patrons
- respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid assistance when necessary
