  • proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies
  • valid SIA Door Supervisor license
  • knowledge of loss prevention strategies and practices

Responsibility

  • checking IDs and ensuring that only those of legal age are allowed entry
  • conducting thorough bag checks to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the venue
  • monitoring crowd behaviour and promptly addressing any disturbances
  • working closely with the management team to implement safety protocols
  • providing assistance and guidance to patrons as needed
  • ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • maintain a visible presence at entry points to promote safety and security among patrons
  • respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid assistance when necessary
