Responsibility
- be the lead contact for our pre-sales customer service responses
- working in collaboration with the service delivery team to identify upsell opportunities
- achieve financial and KPI targets monthly, working with warm leads or repeat business
- support the sales team to achieve our group monthly and annual financial targets
- work effectively with our Partners to strengthen relationships
- proficient at LinkedIn communications
- conduct sales and customer relationship activity with a primary focus on Cyber Essentials but with exposure to our other lines of services
- be a brand ambassador at Networking events
