Hello, found this review page today - very dismayed to read the reviews, but glad my employer is not the only one that has not been paid. Fortunately, we have only carried out one boiler service back in August but still not received payment. Have managed to get hold of their call centre a couple of times and been assured payment is on the way, but it doesn't arrive! Last couple of weeks I have been trying to get hold of them again and don't even get to speak to anyone - have tried all the options to choose. It just rings and rings or goes dead. Emails have brought no response either. Not happy about this at all! Has anyone had any success with the small claims court or a debt collecting agency?

Assuranty do not pay their subcontractors, numerous jobs carried out, only a small handful paid. Continuously told that payment has been made but keeps failing. Accounts department apparently do not take calls, and do not reply to email.

10 boiler services in and I haven’t received a penny! Stopped answering phone calls and never respond to an email.
Always get told that they pay on Friday but never do! Tile for small claims court.

Do not carry out any work for this company as you will not get paid. We carried out 3 boiler services for them and payment was not received within 30 days and on-going. The number in there email signature doesn't exist, they don't answer the phone number stated on Google and they don't respond to emails.

I'm a gas engineer and have done 6 jobs for them over several months. Yet to receive a penny despite emails and invoice reminders sent. They pretend to seem concerned and promise that I will be paid whislt offering more work. I have refused anymore work until payment is sent. Judging by others on here I may have to go to small claims court. Avoid doing any work for these scammers!!!

Wish I’d seen this website before. This company contacted my Partner who is a Heating Engineer and gave him 3 jobs, promising to pay within 2 weeks. That was 8 weeks ago and every time he calls they say 24-48 hours and money never arrives. They keep ringing about new jobs but refusing until they pay what they owe but I said yesterday, looks like small claims court.

no star review. I have had a complete nightmare. They were linked to Fisher paykel which is how I had the misfortune to come across them

What specific issues did you encounter with Assuranty Nationwide that made your experience a nightmare?

It took over two months to get the job done and a lot of to-ing and fro-ing with the company. It is finally sorted. I thought I was going to lose the money I paid for getting the job done. The engineer I dealt with was very pleasant so no complaints there.

Very bad company done few repair jobs for them and refuse to pay me. I used my money to buy parts fix the boilers sent invoices but still refuse payment.every day on the phone and they kept saying u will be paid tomorrow.very bad avoid them

Yes, have sent numerous emails and when they ring to offer me jobs, I refuse until they pay me. I am now going to go through small claims court.
