Responsibility

  • conduct engaging and effective swim lessons in portable pools at various primary schools
  • supervise and ensure the safety of children during swimming sessions in pop-up pools at various primary schools
  • follow our established swimming curriculum to provide comprehensive instruction
  • set up and dismantle pop-up swimming pools and equipment as required
  • foster a safe and enjoyable learning environment for students
  • deliver swimming lessons and water safety education to children, adhering to the National Curriculum guidelines
  • assess and track student progress, offering feedback for improvement
  • enforce pool rules and regulations, while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor

Requirements

  • A background in teaching swimming
  • hold a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification
  • possession of a lifeguard qualification or NRASTC certification is highly advantageous, but not a requirement
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for teaching and promoting water safety
  • swim Teaching: 1 year
  • availability to work during school hours
