Responsibility
- create and arrange floral designs for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
- provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- prepare and package flower arrangements for delivery and pick-up
- we are located in 3 locations in Birmingham City Centre. Employee might be asked to work 1-2 days a week in our Moor St station or Digbeth locations if necessary
- as part of the team you might be asked to work additional hours when needed at peak times such as Valentine’s day, Mother’s day and Christmas period Nov-Dec and holiday cover
- aspen Flora looking for experienced florists for flower bouquet production making at our warehouse in Digbeth, Birmingham
Requirements
- be able to work in a team and independently
- ability to work in fast paced environment
- solid understanding of colour combinations and flower combinations
- excellent customer service skills
- basic computer skills
- florist: 3 years
- floristry: 1 year
- florist: 5 years
